Parent Class
The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles requires that parents attend a two hour class prior to students scheduling behind the wheel lessons. The parent class will provide information as to what we expect from our parents and students, as well as what they can expect from us. We will also provide valuable information and good driving habit tips so parents can be positive role models behind the wheel themselves. Our students spend 12 hours driving with us and at least 40 hours of driving with a parent. This is why a parent’s role is crucial in the development of a teen’s driving skill.
Parent Class Details
Our parent class fee is $25 cash or check. This fee is separate from our course fee, as the parent class is valid for 5 years and we have many returning families that do not need the parent class. Therefore, it is a separate fee. At the completion of the parent class, certificates are issued.
