Complete Drivers Education Course-

Earning a driver’s license has long been a rite of passage for teens. Meadows is pleased to offer both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel driving lessons throughout the Palmer area and surrounding towns. Meadows’ program provides students with a thorough understanding of the Massachusetts Rules of the Road so that they are ready to take the Learners Permit Exam at any of the Full-Service RMV Branches. Meadows’ friendly customer service staff works with teens and parents to schedule behind-the-wheel driving lessons with our Certified Professional Driving Instructors at times that fit teen students’ busy schedules. In order to obtain a Class D Drivers License, the state requires 30 hours of in-class instruction with 12 hours behind-the-wheel instruction and 6 hours of observation all conducted with a Professional Driving Instructor. Students under the age of 18 also need to have a parent or guardian attend a 2 hour Parent Class.

Highway Lessons-

Highway driving can be one of the most nerve wracking experiences that drivers face on our roadways today. Meadows Driving School offers highway experience with one of our Professional Driving Instructors so you are able to gain skills and techniques such as: Merging, Changing Lanes, Speed Control, Entering and Exiting Toll Roads and all other tasks pertaining to safe highway driving. You will also obtain knowledge of current Rules and Regulations associated with highway driving so you can be prepared for any situation that may arise. Confidence is a very important factor while driving and we can help to make sure that you feel as comfortable and confident as possible.
